Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (7-day minimum) for this North Caicos Vacation Rental
You can stay as long as you like as long as it’s a minimum of seven (7) nights.
Deposit
To hold the booking, we require a deposit of 50% in advance (within 7 days of booking).
Balance Due
The balance is due at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival, to the full amount can be paid in one payment if you wish.
There is also a 12% government tax on all rentals. This can be split between the deposit and final payment or paid with your final payment.
Payments
Payments for Direct Bookings
Payments can be made by US personal check, money order, bank check, and wire transfer payable to Mullarkey Realty LLC. (No personal checks within 60 days prior to arrival). At least 50% deposit is required to hold a booking, and the remainder must be received no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than three (3) months prior to the arrival date will be subject to a 25% administration fee. There will be no refunds after this time.
In the event of a hurricane or similar, we will honor the rescheduling of your booking within eighteen (18) months, subject to availability.
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
Check-in and Check-out
The usual check out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure (unless otherwise stated).
The check-in time is 3:00 pm.
