Whitby Beach Cottage

The backyard looks as if it is staged for a movie set - incredible! Location is great: ten minutes from the ferry by car and within walking distance on the beach to two restaurants. Local bar/liquor store is a two minute drive (ten minute walk). Talk to Josh - he is very nice and will sell you fresh papaya from his farm. The people on the island are super friendly and helpful. And, the beaches and snorkeling spots are great for everybody from adults to small kids. Fresh food on the island is hard to come by so bring everything you can from the main island or book a fishing trip in the first few days, The property manager helped arrange whatever we needed and everything seemed and turned out to be extremely uncomplicated, like a vacation should be.Thank you Chrishelle & Kevin.

The Whitby Beach Cottage is a gem. North Caicos doesn't have glitzy shopping, all night clubs, or fancy restaurants. If you want that, go to Providenciales. But if you want a peaceful, unhurried, zen-like experience at one of the most beautiful remote beaches on earth, North Caicos is a winner. The house is clearn, comfortable, and exactly what it needed to be. The beach was secluded, pristine, and achingly beautiful. Chrishelle was wonderful, and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is for those who do not want to have the resort experience in Provo . Honestly, you could go and only see the house manager, Chrishelle the whole time. She is fantastic! This house requires a 30 minute ferry ride to get to it but the rental car company and house manager will greet you when you arrive. The house has a rustic feel because it doesn’t come with a lot of extras and the restaurants and stores have minimal supplies. All that said, that VIEW is amazing! Walking straight out to the beach and having the pristine beautiful beach to yourselves is so worth it. The ferry ride necessary to get to North Caicos is really not bad and once we were there, we loved being able to explore North and Middle Caicos easily. Turks Waverunners even picked us up in North Caicos! I would highly recommend coming with some food and stopping in Provo at the grocery store before going to North Caicos. It is hot in the summer because of no AC but the fans helped a lot. Bring bug spray for the sand flies at night. This is an older house that has lots of charm and you could feel that it has seen a lot through the years. We loved it!

Had a blast here! The house was clean, the breeze through the house kept it cool enough, and Chrischelle was a great hostess! Also, it's walking distance to 2 restaurant/bars.

Very beautiful location on one of the most beautiful beaches we have stayed on. Chrischelle was our host and was very friendly and helpful. She even had the beach racked due to some seaweed accumulation. This place is a great value. Bring a book and bug spray and you will relax in a beautiful setting.

Very remote and off the beaten path but a view worth a million dollars! Will be back!

First off, I have to say that I never write reviews but I felt like I had to share how amazing this home is. If you are looking to disconnect and relax, this is the place. Going to sleep with the waves crashing outside your window and waking up to to the crystal blue waters of the beach which is only 20 steps outside your door will make you want to move to the island. North Caicos is beautiful and the people are so friendly and welcoming. Chrischelle made us feel at home, she took us around the island to get groceries, beer and everything we needed for the week and was always available to answer questions and help us out. Thank you for sharing the island with us.

The house is spacious, clean and charming. The location is amazing! The beach is so quiet it’s like your own private beach. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at Kevin’s home. The location was perfect, right on the beach... quiet... beautiful. The house is adorable and very clean, with more than enough room. Chrischelle was super helpful with any questions we had, helping us arrange a rental car, and having a flexible schedule for check-in/check-out with the ferry times. If you’re looking for a quieter retreat that’s right on the beach... I can’t imagine you’ll find a better one that this. We will definitely be back!

Whitby Beach is absolutely beautiful. It is extremely unpopulated and remote! Our kids had a great time snorkeling and diving for conch shells. There are not many things to do on the island other than relax. The house itself may not be for everyone but our family did great.

Tropical paradise with a private beach that was very scenic. This location provides a ton of privacy there are not many shops in the area. We had a memorable trip. Thanks

My husband and I loved our stay in North Caicos, being our first time to Turks and Caicos it was a great view of the more secluded island, that being said if you are looking for pure relaxation this is the place for you but not many restaurants or things to do aside from Mudjin Harbor or checking out a couple caves. A rental car is a must. I would say that Chrischelle was a great help and the best resource to us while in North Caicos. The home does not have AC but the ocean breeze at night cools things down. The house is fully equipped with all cooking and toiletry items needed and the beds were fine, lots of pillows and towels available and access to the washer and dryer and Grill were much appreciated. I would recommend this place for anyone just looking for a nice getaway for the price you can't beat it. We decided to split our trip between here and provo to get the best of both worlds. The beach is great and so empty like we had it all to ourselves.
